Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

Loft living in a heritage shophouse

An unusually awesome & modern duplex apartment in a shophouse for 1-4 persons. It's a rare unit, and the price actually reflects the high cost of electricity in Malaysia. IMPORTANT: 1. There are 2+1 flights of stairs to the Loft unit and loft inside. 2. This is a traditional house. Don't expect a modern hotel. You have to turn off a/c when going out, fiddle with padlocks, and practise recycling of cans, glass, plastic and paper, take out wet rubbish nightly.

Cozy Antique House with house owner's nice antique collections. We keep the house layout in original condition & preserve the Unique Peranakan Style of Decoration. The house itself has a beautiful reception hall, count yard, beautiful floor tiles, wooden stair, peranakan porcelain wares etc. A good experience for visitor who wants to experience this Unique Ambiance. 此房子保留了现任房东喜爱的南洋装修风格。房子装饰都是保留峇峇和娘惹的风格，房子有的会客厅，天井，聚会的中庭，漂亮的地砖，精致的陶瓷器具。希望营造古时候娘惹文化居住的氛围。

Hundred Year Old Heritage Shophouse (Loft)

Your “entire area” is the top floor of a 3-story shophouse in the heart of Georgetown. Meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed.
