Ljuta is located in very heart of the Bay of Kotor, only 7 km from the old city of Kotor and 3km from Perast. Our apartments are all with a beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor and surrounding mountains, a unique combination of mountains and the sea provides an unbelieable sense of enjoyment..

This well used 22 m2 is ideal for a couple with a child or three young friends whose mind is set on exploring Montenegro. This fully functionally studio just arrived on the market in June 2022 after full renovation. Uzivajte u prelijepom pogledu na bokokotorski zaliv u starome Risnu koji se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji u zalivu, sve znamenitosti zaliva su jako blizu a opet dovoljno daleko da isporbate sve skrivene plaze, koje su o ovom djelu zaliva definitivno najljepse. Kuca ima svoju bastu gdje mozete odmarati ili organizovati rucak pod maslinama. Takodje mozemo dodati da je parking mjesto obezbjedjeno u sklopu smjestaja.

I love sharing my apartment with guests from all over the world. You can use anything that is in here but please take care of it as it’s your own. My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
