Je logeert ongestoord in ons gezellige appartement voor 2 op de eerste en tweede verdieping, waar je volop kan genieten met zicht op de mooie omgeving. 100 m² woonruimte privé voor jou, met aparte ingang! Welkom in Waanrode op het rustige platteland. Prachtig uitzicht op paardenweides, velden en bossen, gelegen op het einde van een doodlopend straatje. Je vindt ons langs wandelknooppunt 304 en tussen fietsknooppunten 39 en 40. Warme bakker op 400m. Slager en supermarkt op 1.5 km.

Ons guesthouse (bnb Wuytens) is een luxueuze verblijfplaats met toegang tot een verwarmd buitenzwembad en sauna. De guesthouse bevindt zich in onze tuin en is volledig privé. De tuin en het zwembad worden gedeeld met de bewoners. Het is ruim met een grote eettafel en volledig ingerichte keuken. De ligging is centraal tussen Leuven en Tienen (beiden vlot bereikbaar met trein, bus of fiets) in een groene omgeving (Meerdaalwoud en Butselbos) voor wandelaars, fietsers en mountainbikers.

Kom mee genieten van de rust van het Hageland door vanuit de vakantiewoning mooie wandel - en/of fietstochten te maken! Er zijn nog tal van andere activiteiten mogelijk in de buurt. Voor de elektrische wagens; er is een laadpaal aanwezig (te betalen) op het domein.

Modern furnished cottage with stunning views of the Kumtichse fields, with large southern terrace. Located at cycle junction 12, in the middle of field bike paths to Tienen, Lubbeek, Leuven, ... The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed and separate toilet and bathroom. On the mezzanine with TV corner there is the possibility to create 2 sleeping places. Proxy Delhaize and public transport within walking distance.

Cosy English cottage with beautiful garden

Cosy cottage decorated with antique furniture, with a lovely garden. Perfect if you're looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful countryside. The bedroom windows have blackout blinds and the beds are very comfortable. - Off-street parking directly in front of the cottage - Wide range of coffee and tea - Piano - Lots of toys and games Dogs are welcome - our garden is fully fenced and the neighbourhood is ideal for dog walking.

Cosy studio close to the centre of Leuven

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.
