Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Omgiven av skog, bär och svamp, utkiksplats, skogsstigar. 25 min med bil till Liseberg/Gbg city. Fri parkering ö. Fri pendelparkering finns vid busshållplatsen (3 km) om du vill ta direktbussen till Göteborg Ej fester/husdjur. Max 4 pers. Ta med badrock o tofflor! Altanbygge i Juli men allt är tillgängligt.

Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

Ett av de vackraste stugorna, och här finns allt du skulle behöva för en tillflyktsort med fin omgivning. Koppla av i vårt familjevänliga hus från år 1850 och känn hur lugnet infinner sig. Härlig trädgård att vistas i. Det finns allmänna stora grönytor ca 100 m från huset med en naturlekplats. Eller boka bagarstugan för pizza bakning. Ca 5 minuters promenad till fin utsikt över byn. Grill/fika plats Nära till Hooks spa och golfbana. 20 min till Jönköping, Huskvarna, Vaggeryd och Nässjö

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Mysigt hus i lantlig miljö

Välkomna till ert semesterboende vår, sommar, höst och vinter. Här bor ni med närhet till naturen och Gullmarsfjordens fiske och salta bad. Matbutik, restaurang och ett större köpcentrum når ni 10 min bort med bil. Boendet är en bra utgångspunkt för att besöka Bohusläns alla utflyktsmål och fiskesamhällen sommar som vinter. Ta en dagsutflykt till Smögen och Lysekil eller spendera några timmar på ett spa. Huset är mysigt, rymligt och fullt utrustat med det som behövs för en lyckad vistelse.

Vid havet på Trönningenäs, Varberg

Fristående gästhus med havsutsikt på Trönningenäs (Norra Näs) utmed kusten 7 km norr om Varberg. 8 km från E6, avfart 55. Huset är fullt utrustat och har 4 bäddplatser. Här bor du nära havet med badstrand (400 m) och strövområden utmed kust och i skog. Populär plats för vindsurfing. - Varbergs centrum (7 km) når ni på 15 min med bil, 30 min med cykel. Cykelleden Kattegattsleden går 2 km från huset. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Göteborg /Liseberg nöjesfält, 75 km. Tåg från Vbg C, 40 min.

Unikt läge med vidsträckt sjöutsikt över Vänern med egen strand & klippor. I anslutning till huset ligger en stenbrygga som man kan bada & fiska ifrån. Totalt 6 bäddar med möjlighet till ytterligare 2. Stor altan med matbord, solstolar & loungeset. Huset är några min promenad till Svalnäsbadet, svamp & bärskogar & Hindens Rev. Ta gärna en kort utflykt till Läckö slott, Spikens fiskeläge, spela golf eller njut av Kinnekulle. Det finns något för alla oavsett vår, sommar, vinter som höst.

Här bor ni precis vid vattnet bara ett boulekast från hamnplan, på lugna och idylliska Kalvsund i Göteborgs norra skärgård, den sydligaste delen av Bohuslän. Vår fina ö är en riktig skärgårdsidyll. Här finns inga bilar, bara hus, små båthamnar, promenadstigar, vår berömda båk, bohuslänska klippor och salta bad på någon av våra fina badplatser. Ändå är det lätt och smidigt att med kollektivtrafik ta sig till central Göteborg med allt vad staden har att erbjuda.
