Because of its unique vibe, our cottage got the nickname “Love nest” and it is ideal hideout for honeymooners and couples with young children :) We recommend you come by car, we are on a remote part of the island. Krk Island has 80 lovely beaches. You can access our nearest beach on foot - however it is 1km away and a 15-30 minute walk. There is very little public transport around the island.

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

We welcome you to our small cottage near the wood yet not far from Bovec center. Our new accomodation is built in cozy alpine style offering you privacy and scenic views to nearby mountains. In ground floor you will find dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Attic is occupied by bedroom with 3 beds. You will be able to enjoy the nature and greenery around the house taking breakfast on wooden terrace. Free WI-FI.

House contains a garden which extends to a small creek, which offers you a complete privacy. House is located near self-service restaurant open 24/7. Ideal family house in the nature for recharging your batteries, there are numerous vine roads, walking and biking tracks, and for those more adventures a horseback riding club and motocross track. House is a 30 minute ride from Zagreb and a 5 minute ride from Jastrebarsko if you wish to go to town.
