This is our family holiday home. We used to spend a lot of time on this beach when our kids were little and so decided to build a home here. We love staying in this modern home near the beach when we are in India. The fully equipped house will give a sanctuary for both kids and adults while exploring this part of the world. We would love to share this privilege with you while we are away. The house is suitable for people who want to work remotely and kids on home schooling.

That's why my wife and I made a home in this quaint little village on the beach with just the right amount of shacks and nearby eateries. Not too much, not too little. Watching colourful sunsets from this home is our favourite pasttime. Distance from Kochi airport: 34kms (approx 1 hour)

The Art Studio is a multi-level apartment that is part of my house and has a separate entrance. The ground level features a pool , gazebo and an organic farm/garden , while the first level includes a bedroom, dining / library area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The second level houses the art studio and a gym, and the third level is a private terrace.
