Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Apartment is also well located for transport Metro Freedom Square is walk distance.

The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (4 sq. m) and a kitchen. The apartment offers self check-in. You will receive detailed instructions the day before your arrival, making check-in smooth and easy. I hope you will enjoy your stay. .

Amazingly located stylish top floor loft apartment in the very center of a historical part of Tbilisi. The apartment can offer you a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view, a cozy fireplace, a big bedroom, AC, bathroom with a bathtub and another bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment is suitable for four people. Within a walking distance you will find many cafes, bars, restaurants, historical sightseeings, famous sulfur baths and a beautiful Botanical garden.

Newly renovated, high-ceiling, full of light and spacious apartment in the landmark building - Hotel de Londres, which opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace and 10 minutes walk from the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast! *please do not ask for a deal outside Airbnb. Respect the rules!
