A cozy, small, comfortable two-level loft studio is situated on the 4th floor of a historic building that was built in 1917, that is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House and Khreshchatyk Street. “University” metro station is nearby within a 5 minute walk.This flat is a part of a small apart-hotel for 6 rooms. There is a king size bed inside the apartment and high-quality mattresses on the mezzanine. The studio has its own small kitchen and its own bathroom with everything you need.

Nice, stylish, comfortable, cozy mini loft, city center, 5 Min walking time to University Metro station through a great park. Oh, I'm Alex, speak English, Ukrainian, Russian. You can see my couple belongings in the apartment closet, do not pay attention. The apartment is full set for a living and enjoy. We are pretty flexible with any contact if you have question or discomfort.

The place is brand new. Designed by a young fashion designer. Everything is designed like a luxury hotel suite. Huge king size bed with podium, comfortable sofa, special chair hanging in the air. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a romantic dinner and relax. The place is safe and secure, has a doorman downstairs. Metro is nearby or take Uber and be in the very center in 7 minutes. Uber price to the center is 3-5 USD depending on time.

Дуже тепла квартира, центр, метро Либідська, вул. Велика Васильківська, 132 Мансарда. Однокімнатна квартира студія. Дуже тепла. Ліжко двоспальне. Розташована біля метро Либідська, поруч ТЦ Океан Плаза. Супермаркет Фуршет в 50-ти метрах від будинку. У дворі є паркувальні місця для автомобіля. Посуд, необхідні меблі, постіль, рушники все є. У квартирі курити не можна це мансарда і відсутні звичні вікна.
