The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Taylor House - a SW Austin Retreat

Enjoy a quiet retreat in this spacious 3 bedroom home. Master suite has queen bed, sitting area, private bath with garden tub. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and adjacent bath. 3rd bedroom with twin and trundle beds shares a bath. Enjoy the deck and grill. Downtown and airport 20 minutes away. Owners Lee and Scherry live on site in a connected, private, self contained apartment. House can accomodate up to 7 guests. Basic price is for 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night.

It brings you incredible sunrises to enjoy with your coffee and sunsets to enjoy with a good glass of wine or hot tea. We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

Barn Loft Luxury at a Texas Longhorn Ranch

True Texas experience in the barn at a small ranch. See one of the biggest steers in the world at 13.5 long.. Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

The Bunkhouse @ Roses River Ranch

The bunkhouse is a rustic, elegant cabin outside Blanco toward San Marcos. It's a cozy, secluded ranch house with a double carport attached to a large deck that overlooks a pasture of longhorns, deer, exotic birds and wildlife. We have just put it back on Airbnb after closing it for a short while to update it! We look forward to having new guests and hope they enjoy the hill country ambience!

In walking distance to Barton Springs pool for a dip or Zilker Park for a relaxing walk, run or bike ride. Take a ride or scooter to downtown and enjoy the many restaurants and shopping the city has to offer.

Cute, roomy and airy cottage with a country feel. 20 minutes south of downtown Austin. Secluded enough to see the stars. Romantic retreat within easy reach of ACL, SXSW and COTA. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Pool is available upon request - pool rules must be followed Pet friendly for well-behaved dogs and cats. About 15 minutes from ACL festival site.

Our house comfortably fits a family with 3 kids or a group of friends. You are also welcome to bring your pets. It's very centrally located - minutes from the lake, biking distance to downtown, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
