Stay in a Blacksmith Master's house built in 1788, right in the heart of Strömfors Ironworks village, one of Finland’s best-preserved historical sites. By offering you a private apartment inside our house, we give you not only a place to stay, but a possibility to experience our lifestyle. The apartment combines historical atmosphere with design, art, and the best view in the village. As people who love the place and its history we will do our best to make you feel welcome and taken care of.

Viihtyisä ja kauniisti sisustettu yksiö sisältää kaiken tarvittavan oleskeluasi varten. Sijainti on suorastaan loistava huvivenesataman ja kauppatorin välissä, molempiin kävellen matkaa muutama minuutti. Näkymä huoneiston ikkunoista aukeaa viereiseen puistoon. Vanhassa kivitalossa sijaitseva asunto on jykevien seinien ansiosta hiljainen, ja sijaitsee länsipuolella taloa. Maksuton pysäköinti joko kadun varressa tai satamassa sijaitsevalla pysäköintialueella, jossa myös sähköautojen latauspiste.

It offers a spacious sauna overlooking the lake, modern appliances, comfortable beds, satellite TV in all languages and free wi-fi. You can have forest walks, plenty of berries and mushrooms and good fishing.

Astut suomalaisen modernismin aikamatkalle Sunila Vintage Apartmentiin, Alvar ja Aino Aallon Unescon maailmanperintökohteeseen Sunilaan, vuonna 1937 valmistuneeseen talo Mäntylään. Huoneisto on sisustettu 1930–1950-lukujen vintage-henkeen, yhdistäen keräilydesignin, taiteen ja aidon aikakauden tunnelman. Asunto on lämmin, rauhallinen ja ainutlaatuinen keräilijän design-koti. Asunto on saanut huomiota sisustusalan julkaisuissa ja sopii erityisesti designin ja arkkitehtuurin ystäville.

Soiniityn kartano Kyran huone

Tämä huone on nimetty menestyksekkään kilparatsastaja Kyra Kyrklundin mukaan. Kyra oli talon edellisen emännän, Anitan, kummityttö. Kyra vietti lapsena paljon aikaa Soiniityssä ja löysi Soiniitystä rakkautensa hevosiin. Erään kerran Kyralle sattui onnettomuus Soiniityn kylmäverisellä Irja-tammalla; hän tipahti hevosen selästä ja satutti kätensä. Huoneessa on paljon hevosaiheisia esineitä, kuten talon isännän isänisän, jääkärieversti Bjarne Nordenswanin ratsastussaappaat.

Tähän pikkuruiseen Citypesään saavut kätevästi autolla ja junalla ja oman sisäänkäynnin ja koodilukon ansiosta voit kirjautua sisään joustavasti oman aikataulusi mukaan. Huomaathan kuitenkin, että arkisin sisäänkirjautuminen on normaalisti alkaen klo 17.

The apartment building is quiet and tidy. There is a market (Sale) next door, where it is easy to pick up breakfast items (open every day from 7am to 11pm). Free parking in the yard. The nearest electric car charging point is in the yard of the Sale market.
