An apartment uses VERSACE and marble, and there is a modern and stylish aim. You can get a bird's-eye view of the scenery of Higashiyama in Kyoto including Kiyomizu-temple at a roof terrace in an apartment. A roof terrace is being opened until 15:00~~22:00, so please see a superb view in Kyoto. An amenity and an equipment are enriched, and you can use WiFi for free of charge. There are 1 W bed with USB and 1 sofa at the space which calmed down in a room. You can use it comfortably by 2 people.( Less than 12 years old can't stay) . A water cleaner for drinks is installed in a kitchen, and there are a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric pot and a IH stove. The cookware and the tableware are also even. There is also a washing machine and you can also spend daily life with no problem. Please relax slowly in your room.

You can find many cafes, bars, restaurants and many sightseeing spots such as Kiyomizu Temple, Yasaka Shrine, the Kyoto National Museum and many more all within 15 minutes of this Guest House. The house comes equipped with high-speed internet, a 60 inch TV, refrigerator, 3 air conditioners, microwave oven toaster, a drum style washer/dryer and Nespresso machine.

With this quintessential double story historical townhouse that looks out to the Kamo River, the renovation is kept minimal in order to best preserve its authenticity, especially the courtyard where light enters. The wooden structure, partial wall, entryway, and the garden stones are some of the original elements that are conserved while the roofing tiles, wooden windows, and paper doors have since been replaced. The translucence is throughout the house we see and experience now.
