Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Bellísimo departamento estilo industrial en pleno corazón del Boulevard Caseros

Edificio NUEVO! a pasos de Parque Lezama, Puerto Madero y el casco histórico de la ciudad. Cuenta con una cama matrimonial X-Queen que puede transformarse en 2 camas individuales y sofá con posibilidad de acomodar a un niño. Disponemos de cuna para bebe en caso de solicitarla. El apartamento completamente amoblado con WiFi y Cable, para disfrutar de una hermosa estadía en la ciudad! El edificio cuenta con sector parrillas en la terraza, hermosa piscina al aire libre y laundry. Barrio de ubicación privilegiada, con acceso muy cercano a medios de transportes. El pintoresco Boulevard Caseros es un sitio de gran valor histórico y el nuevo polo gastronómico de San Telmo. El barrio ofrece arquitectura de época, varios restaurantes, cerveceras, anticuarios, museos. El parque Lezama está a pocos metros del departamento. A pocos minutos de Puerto Madero. ubicación excelente con servicio de varias lineas de colectivos, a 10 minutos caminando de la Estación de trenes y subte Constitución, a 4 cuadras de la Avda 9 de Julio y a pocas cuadras de Puerto Madero. Se puede caminar tranquilamente hacia cualquiera de estos puntos.

Check in between Midnight and 8AM is NOT possible also if you have booked from the previous days. Any doubts about arrival let us know before you book. If needed we can store your luggage after 9AM.

Ambiente Totalmente Renovado! Ducha y Cortinas Nuevas a control remoto! Recién pintado! Conectate en un ambiente lleno de energía y creatividad en Puerto Madero. Disfrutá de una hermosa y despejada vista al parque. Rodeado de espacio verde, espejos de agua y amplias veredas, es el lugar ideal para caminatas a orillas del agua a cualquier hora del día, es tranquilo, seguro y céntrico. Loft in Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

Best view -14fth floor to the River & Pto. Madero

Modern apartment on the 14th floor with an incredible view of the center, the Río de la Plata, Puerto Madero and La Boca. 200 meters from Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada, the Cathedral, the Cabildo, 100 meters from all metro and bus lines that connect with the entire city. A few meters from San Telmo, Puerto Madero and the meeting points of the Free Walking Tours and the BA Sightseeing Bus. Close to a wide variety of restaurants, theaters and historical shops.
