Appartement rénové récemment, très propre et très fonctionnel. Lumineux et relativement calme pour une ville comme Paris. Il s'agit de mon logement, j'espère que l'ambiance que j'y ai créé vous plaira. J'ai toujours du mal à le quitter ! Situé dans un quartier populaire et très central. Il y a toutes les commodités : épiceries, poste etc mais aussi bars et restaurants, le canal et les parcs (Villette et Buttes Chaumont) sans oublier le centre d'art du 104 au coin de la rue.

Charmant studio décoré avec soin situé à 20 min à pied du quartier de Montmartre, à 15 min à pied de la gare du Nord, 10 min à pied de l'arena La Chapelle et à proximité immédiate de nombreux commerces. Vous pourrez rejoindre le centre de Paris en 15 min seulement en métro, qui est situé au pied de l'immeuble. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, avec un lave vaisselle, tout comme la salle de bain avec baignoire et lave-linge. L'appartement dispose également d'un balcon.
