Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

À deux pas du Sacré-Cœur et du Moulin Rouge, ce lumineux studio de 30m carré, est niché dans une jolie résidence. Appartement Cosy et Lumineux !

Idéal pour vivre la vie parisienne le temps d'un week-end en couple ou en solo ! Très bien situé dans le 18ème arr : 15min à pied de Montmartre/10min de la Villette. Accès direct au centre de Paris (métro de Marx Dormoy) et direct du Stade de France (Bus 153) Le quartier, populaire et vivant, est rempli de bars et de restaurants sympas. Il s'agit de l'appartement dans lequel je vis, j'y suis très attachée. J'espère que vous l'apprécierez autant que moi ! Pas de TV mais chromecast et écran

Cet appartement est unique tant par son style que par la vue exceptionnelle qu'il offre sur la Butte Montmartre, le Sacré Cœur et les toits de Paris. Etant classé de tourisme vous bénéficiez d'un tarif réduit sur la taxe de séjour. Vous aurez tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour inoubliable à Paris. Il est proche de l'Adidas Arena et du Stade de France. A noter que le logement n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Présence d'un PMR mais largeur des portes insuffisante.
