Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Situated in the heart of the old town of Nice, the apartment has stunning panoramic sea views from the balcony and is directly opposite the beach. Located in the "Ponchettes" it dates back to the 18th century but has been tastefully upgraded. Please note the configuration of the apartment does not allow the hosting of people with reduced mobility.
