This 80 m2 flat + 20 m2 balcony + secure parking place will seduce you with its situation at 5 min by car or direct bus of the beach. The equipments are totally new and performant: AC in every room, induction cooking, washer/dryer machine, high speed wifi, Netfix, piano, guitar. The borough is also wonderful: lively with a bakery just in front of the house, groceries, supermarkets, pharmacy.

Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.
