Ce charmant studio, lumineux et soigneusement aménagé, est situé au sein d’un magnifique immeuble Art Déco datant de 1924, à quelques pas seulement de la mer. Idéalement placé, il offre un cadre de séjour confortable et élégant, parfait pour découvrir Nice tout en profitant du calme d’un quartier résidentiel bien desservi. Appartement deux pièces, 30 m2, calme, lumineux, vue dégagée, 4ème étage sans ascenseur, immeuble niçois traditionnel, 5 minutes à pied de la mer et des arrêts de bus et tramway, nombreux commerces accessibles à pied. Appartement directement voisin de celui du propriétaire, il correspond à une partie rendue indépendante. L'arrivée est fixée à 19h-23h par sécurité, les clefs peuvent le plus souvent être remises bien avant 19h, dire l'heure d'arrivée souhaitée pour voir si elle est possible.

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Bright flat, excellent position, close to the beach, train station and city center shops, in a beautiful old, well-maintained building full of fairy charm with a nice view and very quiet looking at large courtyard. One Air conditioning recently installed for all apartment. Beautifully renovated, high standard kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub). Very functional apartment, the sofa-bed is 160x200 cm with a thick comfy mat, fast/easy opening and closing. Walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom.

Beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

Blue Fairy - sea view with master suite

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
