Las vistas son a la pinada de Guardamar y cruzando la pinada se acaba en la playa. El acceso a la playa se hace por un bonito camino elevado de madera que atraviesa la pinada (800 metros). Muy cerca del faro de Santa Pola (en coche) y del pueblo de Guardamar (3 Km.). Aparcamiento en la puerta.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.
