Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Dog Friendly Beautiful Seawall Blvd Guest Suite(C)

Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. Perfect for a small family vacation. This 3 bedroom cottage is larger inside than it may appear. The pool, the fishing pier on the lake, and the beautiful views are its best amenities. The porch is the ideal place to just relax and unwind while you take in the gorgeous view of the lake. The pool area is only a few steps from the porch. At just 20 minutes from Galveston, this is a great pet-friendly home for trips to the beach and for so many of the activities nearby. Check out the huge living room, large kitchen, and super clean atmosphere. We have 3 great bedrooms, and two bathrooms for large groups. This centrally located studio apartment is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

Our cozy retreat offers luxurious amenities: a soaker tub, Brand new A/C, high-speed WiFi, a 70-inch Roku TV, a chef's dream kitchen and an office set off on its own. The home is perfectly situated, a short drive from I-45 so you can quickly and easily travel North to Houston or South to Galveston. The neighborhood offers parks, ponds, walking trails and a dog park. This is the perfect spot for cruisers departing from Galveston or travelers wanting to experience the Greater Houston area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
