The Garden Home, a charming cabin like home, only 4 miles from downtown Durango with a park like setting.The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, and BBQ grill, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot Tub , Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.
