Beautiful, large (1000 sqft) 2 bedroom 1 bathroom casita. Centrally located just above main street of town on a quiet, breezy hillside. Gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding mountains. Heated saltwater pool and palapa area are perfect for sunbathing, yoga, relaxing, etc. 5-10 minute walk to pristine beaches, restaurants, bars, farmer's market, shops, yoga studios/gyms, fantastic vegetable market & grocery stores. The new Palmas de Cortez Pickleball Complex is a 10 minute walk.

Two bedroom property just steps from the Sea

One bedroom has a California K bed and bathroom and the other is a full-service casita with a Q bed. They are meant to be rented together to provide extra sleeping arrangements. The idea is that renters would utilize the kitchen in the casita for meals. Both are on my property but separate from the main house. They are a very short walking distance from each other. Absolutely perfect for folks who are here for the world-class fishing and would like their own bedroom, or families with teens.

El Nido is a charming enclosed & private suite w/ beautiful & ever changing courtyard gardens w/ a private entrance to your own suite. Shared main entrance with the owners. Very comfy queen bed & 1bath (2 sinks). Fully equipped kitchen. Shared W/D located in garage. One covered parking space. ATV’s can be brought in the courtyard. We are located in town - walkable to shops, cafes, taquerias, Palmas Pickleball Resort, restaurants and the glorious beach. Shared Starlink wifi.
