This house is beautiful and is one of 4 casas on the ranch! It's got so many awesome details and is right by the swimming pool and tennis court. This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Casa de Leon features exquisite wood working, stainless steel kitchen appliances, large and comfortable beds, a salt water pool. . Our home is located close to Rancho Pescadero, many good farm-to-table restaurants as well as a long and very unpopulated white sand beach, which is about a 5 minute walk away.

Flora Del Mar is really close to the beach (30 m), and two miles from the center of town.. You’ll love it because of the views, the location, and general ambience. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The space at Casa Dora is an open studio and consists of a king bed and two built in twin beds. It’s ok for a family with young child but is small for 4 adults.
