Het appartement is gelegen in Calle Salmonete, op wandelafstand (2-3min) van het centrum van het 5* golf resort. Er zijn verschillende restaurants aanwezig, bars, een supermarkt, golf,-tennis, -padel en voetbalterrein, speeltuigen en zwembaden. Er is ook een ondergrondse privéparking voorzien en is voor mindermobile personen gemakkelijk te bereiken met een lift. Alle keukengerief is voorzien, wasmachine, vaatwas, microgolfoven, oven, strijkplank + ijzer, handdoeken, tv's met chromecast en wifi.

De ruime tuin grenst aan twee grote zwembaden en een afgeschermd kinderbadje, waardoor het een perfecte plek is voor ontspanning en plezier.
