Gaudiette est un petit logement indépendant, situé au bord de mer, entre Nice et Monaco. Il est composé de deux pièces : une cuisine/salon au rez-de-chaussée et une chambre et sa salle de bains au premier. Pour y accéder, il y a quelques escaliers. il ne convient donc pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Un parking privatif et sécurisé est a votre disposition pour les petites et moyennes voitures (1.80 × 4.80m). Pour un plus gros véhicule nous contacter.
