Anything else needed, such as charcoal and lighter fluid, is easily delivered by local supermarkets, pharmacies, and butchers. Steep weekly and increasing discounts applied when dates are entered.

The price goes up after each additional guest for a maximum of 8 guests on the property. If you are looking for simplicity and rustic charm, this is it.

Base price is for first 4 guests only, the price goes up after 4 guests until a max of 12 guests is reached.
