This beautiful 2 bedroom, 969 square foot villa is located just inside the entrance of Gran Sueño. It is one of 20 villas and suites on the property. It offers guests the most privacy with all the amenities of the resort. This Villa welcomes you with a living room and kitchenette where you can prepare meals if you like. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Location: We are about an hour south and east of the LaPaz airport. Flights to LaPaz are common and transportation to the estate can be arranged. Cabo San Lucas International airport is just 2.5 hours south of the estate and offers more travel days/times than LaPaz. Transportation can be arranged from Cabo also. Both airports offer rentals cars and the drive is quite and relaxing. Los Planes is the closest town is located about 20 minutes from the estate. Here you can purchase basic supplies. Beach: We have about 1.5 miles of soft white sandy beach. It feels like you are the only person to have ever set foot on this part of the world. The walk out to the sea is a gradual descent into the clear blue water. The sea is calm and you don't have to worry about the current or undertow as there really isn't one. If your back is to the estate and you are facing the Sea of Cortez, there is a coral reef just to the right and on the far left (about 1.5 miles away) is a boat ramp. You can catch the sunrise every morning over the beach and sea. It is a peaceful way to start your morning with your cup of coffee. Snorkeling: The reef located just to the right of the property is home to a wide variety of tropical fish. The reef under the sea is full of color. You won't get bored and see something new every day. So bring your mask and fins for a jaw-dropping experience! Kayaking/SUP: Since the Bay of Dreams is so tranquil, it makes for a great place to take out our kayaks or stand-up paddle boards. The gentle waves make for a smooth ride and you will practically have the bay to yourself expect for the meandering pelicans. If you want to add more memorable experiences to your stay, our concierge service will help set up spa services, kiteboarding, water sports and deep-sea fishing. Kite Boarding: La Ventana is a 40 minute drive and known for its amazing Kite Boarding. You can see 100's of kite boards in the water at once. Make this a day trip and sign up for kite boarding lessons, rent a board and grab some lunch before heading back to the estate. Fishing: This area is known for its sport fishing. Some species are catch and release and others allow you to take your haul home. Fishing in the Sea of Cortez is year-round. Some species you can fish for depending on the time of year: Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado, Tuna, Wahoo, Roosterfish, Cabrilla and Amberjack/Yellowtail. Gran Sueño features the Centro de Trenes Restaurant: An amazing indoor/outdoor dining experience. They have games and tiered swimming pools that look out onto the bay. Centro de Trenes is a spacious event center with a full-service bar and restaurant with fresh salsa and the catch of the day. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The margarita's are lip smacking and the food is spectacular. The real luxury of Gran Sueño is its privacy, and its natural, restorative energy. The estate is warm and inviting, the staff is welcoming and you will be planning your next trip before your toes leave the sand! No crowds and no cars means No noise! the beautiful new Casitas and Glamping tents are just a 3 minute walk to the beach & Hot Springs!

Departamento completo con una hermosa vista al mar de cortes y su increible isla cerralvo, podras disfrutar en la terraza un increible amanecer, asi como el atardecer en salir sobre el mar una gran luna, se encuentra en la segunda planta, con facil acceso por medio de unas escaleras, el espacio se encuentran cerca tiendas pequeñas, y a unos cuantos pasos la cancha publica donde se practica ping pong en temporada de invierno, y a unos 10min caminando, la icónica playa las palmas.

Excellent wifi, gated and secure property with outdoor kitchen. Mini fridge and 43" smart TV for Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. 2 adults and 2 kids max. The palapa shares a common area with a yurt on the large, two lot property. Plenty of room with secure parking. Yurt can be rented too.
