Casa Amena, suspended between the sky and the sea, located on the hill of “Neso” (Oneso) which overlooks the town of Lacco Ameno, worldwide famous for its thermal waters. It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Casa Del Mar. Terrace on the sea.

In un palazzo storico del 700, appartamento con soffitti alti a cupola. Caccetta reale borbonica. Contesto calmo, tranquillo. Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Casa nella Torre-House in the Tower-Forio (Ischia)

L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione, situato in posizione centrale ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa. Si sviluppa su un unico piano di 105 mq composto da soggiorno con divano, una camera con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo con bagno privato e doccia , una seconda camera con letto matrimoniale, altro bagno con doccia grande dove è collocata la lavatrice, cucina attrezzata, patio e solarium. Linea internet ultra veloce che ti permette di lavorare senza problemi.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Appartamento composto da soggiorno con tv, cucina, due camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni. ARIA CONDIZIONATA SOLO NELLE CAMERE DA LETTO. E' ubicato nel centro storico di Forio. Terrazzo panoramico al terzo piano attrezzato con tavolo, divani, lettini prendisole e piano di appoggio con lavello (spazio condiviso con l’host che utilizza il terrazzo solo per gli stendibiancheria). NB. Si può usufruire del terrazzo fino alla mezzanotte. Visitatori non ammessi

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
