This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.
