Santa Marinella si trova a 60 Km da Roma, che è facile da raggiungere in treno. La stazione si trova infatti a 700 metri, e i treni più veloci portano a Roma San Pietro in 35 minuti.

A 5 minuti di cammino si trovano sia la metropolitana che la stazione dei treni per San Pietro, Trastevere, aeroporto di Fiumicino, Fiera di Roma e il mare, raggiungibile in 40 minuti. A piedi in soli 15/20 minuti sarai nel cuore del centro storico (Circo Massimo, Colosseo) e in meno di 30 minuti di cammino sarai a Trastevere!

Passata la bellissima corte interna, l'appartamento si sviluppa con un ampio ingresso con pareti affrescate ed una prestigiosa vetrata Art Deco. La suite privata, recentemente ristrutturata, ha soffitti a cassettoni di 6 metri ed arredi di pregio. Dalla finestra si accede a un balcone con vista sulla piazza. Le pulizie 50€ saranno pagate durante il soggiorno.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).
