Glengyle Farm Old House

130 year old farm house located on the farm Glengyle in the Wartrail farming district of Barkly East. Available is still water trout fishing in winter, a house keeper, this, Wifi and Netflix, pet friendly, swimming pool and a tennis club close by, there about 100 km of hikes, rivers, fishing, runs and biking paths on the roads and mountains in the district. We know how important traveling with dogs 🐶 is. We making the property more and more dog friendly. Had about 20 dogs visit so far.

Reedsdell Country Guest Farm

We welcome you to our private sanctuary - our delightful Stable cottage on the farm Reedsdell, nestling below the sheer cliffs of the majestic peaks of the Southern Drakensberg - an awe-inspiring landscape with many wildflowers and a variety of birdlife & small wildlife. Enjoy the tranquility of nature or the challenging mountainous terrain. Hiking, biking, 4x4ing, fishing, walking and skiing. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Pip's Place

A room in the centre of town. Quiet residential area. The room is not inside the main house, but to the side of it with a separate entrance. This room provides a Queen size bed, wardrobe, Kitchenette (with small fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle for tea and coffee. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet and basin (no Bath). There are 3 large windows, a lockable door and security gate, in a fenced property with the owners on site (Main house).

Saffier river cottage is a homely mixed stone cottage which is situated on the banks of the beautiful Kraai River which offers you a delightful farm experience in Lady Grey, surrounded by beautiful landscape and mountains. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen,lounge and stoep with outside lapa with braai and boma fireplace. We are proud of a diverse collection of birds and animals we have on the farm

Millerd Mountain Lodge

This self catering home is fully furnished with all the modern amenities including DSTV, and situated on the oldest farm in the Barkly East area. The farm is situated in a picturesque environment and you can walk, fish, ride to your heart's content.

The unit has 2 rooms with double or single beds sharing a shower-only bathroom. The kitchen has a 2-plate stove and a bar fridge. The lounge features a TV with streaming services and Wi-Fi. The unit opens to a patio and braai area.
