Stepping inside, they find themselves embraced by the warmth of a cozy interior, where comfortable furnishings invite relaxation. However, the true allure lies where a sprawling outdoor deck beckons guests to unwind amidst the serenity of nature while enjoying their morning deink from the extensive selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

"Floats My Boat"- Suwannee River

This clean and charming retreat will Float Your Boat! 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two queens, and one with a double bed. A sofa-bed in the liv rm. Can sleep up to 10. Additionally, air mattresses are provided. An RV site is also on-premises. Downstairs, a screened-in room with a refrigerator, sink, bathroom & laundry. The upstairs deck is ideal for watching the river flow by or just unwinding. The aluminum dock features a landing with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a boat lift.

Newly renovated! The Smoakhouse Ranch is a historic property, nestled in the center of the best Florida's north country has to offer. This is our largest Cabin, hand built of #3 sawmill cypress and aged cedar. We've been entertaining guests since the 90's, and this is our most popular offering! The Earl cabin recreates the actual hand-built, rough cypress, 1920's farm house, with all it's warmth, open family space and pioneer spirit. All of the amenities and comforts, in a very special place.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis just mins to Royal Springs. Only a few minutes drive to Royal Springs, or a 30 min scenic walk. We’re also on a private grass strip airfield in case you’d like to fly in with your private plane! Bring your golf cart, boat, or side by side, for a trip that will be talked about for years to come! Also with the airstrip being right out back, look up at the stars! Star gazing is out of this world! RV site on property also available with hookups.

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away

Robbins Way Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home sits in the middle of ten acres. It has a wrap around porch. Beautiful view with trees and plenty of wildlife to watch. Plenty of room, Total tranquility. There is a boat ramp to the Suwannee River 2 miles away, countless beautiful natural springs and Keaton Beach on the Gulf Coast is 45 min away. We are also 45 minutes from the lazy river at Itchnatucky State Park. Sit on the wrap around porch and listen to nature.

If you love nature's majesty and don't mind a stoplight-less easy road to the nearest small town, then I have the place for you! Come and experience our green pastures with strolling deer and bird song. The peaceful sounds of nature and the amazing sunsets are a delight to the soul. BTW, we are pet friendly. Immaculate cabin on the historical Suwannee River, just upstream from Telford Springs. Our floating dock equipped with a kayak launch, makes it easy to enjoy your day on the river. Small boats are welcome too with a boat ramp nearby. Whether you're here to dive the caves of the springs or just enjoy the scenic countryside, you won't be disappointed! River levels vary throughout the year, feel free to reach out for a clear water forecast of the springs before booking!

Thunderbolt River Retreat

Wifi now available. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. 10 acres with 800' on the Historic Suwannee River with a 20' floating dock to enjoy the river life with out the crowds. Phase 1 of raised boardwalk complete, now walk from the camper over to the dock in a few minutes.. Come get away from the crowds 3 miles down a private road where the only traffic you will see will be on the river. Bring your boat, kids and pets. Camper is a 2016 Avenger.
