The spacious den/family room has new couches, chairs & a new 75 inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 6 seat dining table & 3 island barstools . Outside has a large patio & reserved parking for 2 cars.

This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! If this unit is not available, I have 105 Windstone in the same development! * Please check the City of Oxford for construction updates affecting traffic.*

Located centrally between Ole Miss Campus and FNC Park, Howie’s House welcomes the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The most beloved spot on the property is the screened in back porch, which includes a swing bed. Enjoy s’mores over the fire pit in the backyard. Included in your stay is a free game day parking pass for all home football games! 3.8 miles to the Square and 3.6 to Vaught-Hemingway Stadium!
