This stunning, luxury villa was recently constructed and is located in a quiet residential area in the suburbs of Carvoeiro. Modern in design, the villa is light, spacious and airy throughout and has all the comforts you would expect from a contemporary property such as this. The pièce de resistance of this magnificent property is no doubt the roof terrace which offers panoramic views of the Ocean and Monchique mountains. These views can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the roof top hot tub.

Wunderschöne Villa direkt am Atlantik mit Meerblick von der Dachterrasse. Das Haus besteht aus Eingangshalle, Bibliothek mit offenem Kamin, Sat-TV und Musikanlage, gemütlichem Ess- und Wohnbereich und 3 geräumigen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Bad und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen komplett umzäunten, gepflegten Garten und einen beheizbaren Pool. Nov. - März Strom und Wasser extra, Poolheizung und Aircon wird nach Verbrauch berechnet.

Prachtige villa met jacuzzi en zwembad

Sol Poente is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large pool (5,0mx12,5m) with jetstream and a trampoline. The property is situated on a plot of over 1.600m2. The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sun beds on the large terrace. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is an outside dining area. The villa is located only 1 km from the beach and the centre.

Lovely big villa located at 2km from the beach

This very comfortable and romantic 3 bedroom holiday villa is located near the vibrant coastal town of Carvoeiro. The nicely landscaped and fenced garden offers a lot of privacy. From the slightly elevated terrace, you will enjoy great views over the hills, garden and pool. This villa is ideal for families with children, because you can keep an eye on them all time. Within a 5 minute drive, you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve.

This villa is right in front of the famous Benagil cave. It's the perfect place to calm down from the everyday hustle. This spacious villa can easily accompany up to 8 guests without loosing its spaciousness. With features like air conditioning in every room, a BBQ & a big terrace, nothing is left to be desired. Nestled on the cliff facing the sea in the centre of Carvoeiro, the villa is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and offers wonderful spaces in which to enjoy the view of the sea. Located in the bay of Carvoeiro, this recently converted villa truly is the ideal location. Although Casa Magnolia is in the centre, the location itself is actually very quiet. Originally constructed in 1874 and used by the "Elite" of that time.
