Cette quinta est située dans une zone très calme de la belle station balnéaire de Praia Da Luz dans l'ouest de l'algarve. Elle est au cœur d'un jardin fleuri magnifique, elle est entièrement équipée du confort moderne mais a gardé son charme d'antan. Une piscine à partager avec deux autres maisons est à votre disposition. Elle dispose de deux chambres indépendantes, télévision, wifi, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle. Une grande terrasse avec barbecue et une plage de parking. Le linge est fourni. Nous sommes à 7km de Lagos charmante petite ville côtière portugaise. Promesse d'un bon séjour.

The lounge area has a patio with seating and in addition there is a magnificent 120m2 private roof terrace where you can enjoy a sundowner after a busy day. There is fast wifi and Smart TV with full range of English and International channels as well as catch up TV. Use HDMI facility should you wish. There is air conditioning in both living room and bedroom.

Os hóspedes podem usufruir das zonas comuns com: ping pong, chill out, zona para refeições, piscina com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis, zonas de sombra, relvados e jardins por toda a propriedade. Se procura uma casa próximo da praia e da fantástica cidade de Lagos , a Casa Judite de certeza que lhe vai agradar. Cerca de 15 minutos a pé da meia praia, e 15 a 30minutos do centro da cidade. Com uma vista sobre o mar fantástica, um espaço onde reina a tranquilidade. Para quem aprecia umas ferias tranquilas ,esta é uma excelente opção. Uma casa tipicamente algarvia. Com um espaço exterior fantástico . Poderá sempre utilizar a nossa piscina e apreciar de uma vista magnifica da Meia Praia.

A Adega é uma casa muito bonita, recentemente remodelada, numa rua linda, típica da cidade, no centro histórico de Lagos. 🏖️ Praia 5 min. a pé 🛒 Mercado 1 min. a pé 🚗 Parque gratuito 3 min. a pé 🥐 Padaria 2 min. a pé 🍽️ Na zona de restauração A adega do meu bisavô: onde a minha família produziu vinho por mais de 100 anos - tem uma prensa de uva industrial que resistiu ao tempo e decidimos preservar. Uma casa com tudo o que precisa para aproveitar tudo o que Lagos tem para si ❤️

Apartment very spacious with a split level - living area downstairs and bedrooms up stairs- handy having two bathrooms (especially having one upstairs) . The location only a 2 min walk into the centre of town, but not to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Lagos bars and night scene. Two balconies - one that catches the sun early in the morning, and another overlooking the square which is ideal for a relaxing evening drink.

A beautiful and cosy typical Portuguese house in the heart of the historical center, 2 minutes walking from the main square. To get to the closest beach you can walk, or along the river on the main avenue of the city or through the narrow streets of the old city, where you can have a feeling of the Portuguese tradition and architecture. In the neighborhood you will find all you need to be happy and enjoy your holidays.

Cottage with Patio & BBQ in Historic Centre

A magical cottage with a private patio in the heart of the walled old town – seconds away from all the fun, food and shopping and only 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. I bought the cottage as a ruin in 2016 and have lovingly refurbished it using local craftsmen and materials. I hope you enjoy the transformation as much as I do!
