It is beautiful in any season, and offers a quiet retreat for families or friends. Guests have lake access, and the public boat launch nearby. Paddle boat, kayaking, and fishing from the pier at the house are all available from this property. (Fishing gear not provided) After a day in Shipshewana, relax in the outdoor porch and fire pit area!

Rise n Roll bakery is less than a 1/2 mile from our location. The Pumpkine Vine bike trail is about a mile away, the attractions in Shipshewana and Middlebury are within 4 miles. A safe place for your children… If you prefer to stay at one of our local campgrounds, we will set up our unit for $50.00 plus you would need to pay the campground.

Our goal, as your hosts, is to provide you with a reasonably priced, cozy space, where you feel like you are visiting a friend, not staying at a high end hotel. Small touches set us apart like laundry and light breakfast/snacks provided for stays that include Sundays (coffee is ALWAYS on at this house)
