Our studio condo is located on a beautiful white sand beach in Panama City Beach! Our building, Fountainebleau Terrace, was one of the original and most prestigious hotels built in the area in 1965. It has since been updated with renovations to bring back the charm and beauty of the mid-century modern era and preserving a sense of nostalgia. FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA will start March 15 to October 31, 2025. The studio was remodeled again in 2023 and located DIRECTLY on the beach in beautiful PCB. Also your own private balcony!! The room has a King bed, loveseat and swivel recliner. It also features a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. We are within walking distance to Pier Park and many restaurants. New 2024 visa/coin laundry facilities on property. We have a Beachside café and heated pool!

Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.
