Our home,a working sheep farm is nestled below Ireland's highest mountains on the famous Kerry Way trail in the heart of the McGillyCuddy Reeks.The original buildings date back to 1802 and were some of the last in Ireland to receive electricity due to their remote location in one of Ireland’s most unspoiled valleys on the edge of the Killarney National Park.While the towns of Kenmare & Killarney are an hour’s drive away,the Cottage is suited to those who are keen to truly get away from it all...

Alfie’s Cottage,

Our cosy cottage is open plan with a comfy double bedroom upstairs and handy pull out sofa bed downstairs ideal for 2 children/1 adult, a kitchenette, dryer and own garden sharing road access with the main house. Off the main Glenbeigh road, a short drive to Killorglin’s restaurants and cafes, 20 minutes to beautiful Killarney and 15 minutes drive to idyllic Rossbeigh beach. Follow the ring of Kerry to explore Valentia Island and Skellig Michael or west to magical Dingle and iconic Slea Head.

Central Apartment to Ring of Kerry on River Laune

My apartment is set in a peaceful location looking directly onto the River Laune. Situated just 8mins walk from Killorglin town, the apartment, with panoramic view of Carrauntoohil, is located on the Ring of Kerry road. The apartment is centrally located for exploring Kerry, with Killarney and its phenomenal National Park just a mere 15 min drive; Kerry airport 20mins; day trips to Dingle, Kenmare and Portmagee (Skellig Rock) circa 40-50mins drive. Killorglin is perfect for the Ring of Kerry.

Kerry on the Dingle Peninsula, mid ways between Dingle and Killarney on the Wild Atlantic Way, ideally located for touring the Ring of Kerry. Its only 10 mins drive from Inch Beach, which has 5kms of golden sand and Restaurants. Only 15 mins from Tralee. We are also on the popular looped walking trail, "the Uphill Downhill Loop Walk" Only a 2 min drive to the local Boolteens Village that has 2 pubs a restaurant & a church.

Isolate Away from it All & Unwind in Peace & Quiet

Just Off Wild Atlantic Way, my cottage is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and we are surrounded by magnificent views including the Magillycuddy Reeks mountain range & Inch beach and even the Blasket Islands in the distance. Dooks Golf Course is a spectacular Links course located only 1km away from the cottage. The cottage is very homely and is located on our farm.

Ring Of Kerry Sunshine House

A lovely newbuilt house in a gorgeous location. Mountains all around and big south facing conservatory and garden. See the sun rise and set here in Croi Danu, and in between, enjoy all the beautiful day trips that Kerry has to offer. Over the years, many guests have described this house as a "5 star" rental, "best ever airbnb" and other complimentary descriptions.

This unique, old world dwelling is nested in a charming cottage garden in the cradle of rural Killarney. It evokes memories not long past, of childhood days in a sanctuary of peace and rest. Greeted by the warm summer sun and drenched by deep rain, all of nature flourishes here by the lakes ,woods and mountains, just 7 km from the centre of Killarney town.

Cosy Chalet with one large family bedroom upstairs (double and single beds). Cot /high chair and stair gate available. Downstairs has a spacious kitchen and living room with a wood burning stove, TV and WIFI, also Toilet/shower room. Its a separate unit behind our home with plenty privacy. Guests have a private outdoor seating area with access to big lawn.
