Charming Quirky Cottage - Cliffs of Moher

Quirky elevated cottage called Tigeen, little house in Irish. It is hard to adequately describe the beauty of the setting of this cottage, I fell in love with it before ever being inside. It is totally private without being isolated, it is on its own little hill overlooking the bay of Liscannor and within walking distance to the Cliffs. Inside the walls are 3-foot-thick with the cottage being over 200 years old and has hand -made interior wooden shutters to cover the large light filled windows

Decorated to a high standard with 2 bedrooms & bright airy living space with fully equipped kitchen. Chalet has a private deck with views of the sea and Cliffs of Moher. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, close to magnificent beaches and the Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark. Forty minutes drive from Kilkee and the Loop Head Peninsula. Red Stonecutters Cottage is perched atop stunning Doonagore, a short drive from Doolin village. From this high point, you'll enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean, Aran Islands and the Burren. The cottage is a great base to enjoy the music in the Doolin pubs, beach in Lahinch and the harbour village of Liscannor. The cottage dates back to after the famine and has been restored to preserve the original character, complemented by carefully selected period pieces to maintain its authentic charm.

My home is situated on a quiet country lane 5 minutes drive from the seaside town of Lahinch. The main living area has panoramic views of Liscannor bay. The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km). Home to Jon Rahm, winner of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open in 2019. The house has been featured in BBC/RTÉ production #smother.

Wild Cabins Kinvara

Escape into nature in a 5 star, architecturally designed, off grid cabin. Stay in seclusion at Burren Nature Sanctuary, adults only stay. Fully off grid experience including solar powered hot water and a modern Scandinavian dry (compost) toilet. Upon arrival you are provided with a fully charged battery, powered by solar panels on the roof and a reservoir of treated rainwater harvested on the roof for washing.
