Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die angrenzenden Wiesen und Wälder laden zu kleinen und auch grossen Spaziergängen ein. So können insgesamt vier Personen in der Wohnung übernachten. Die Wohnung wurde komplett neu gebaut und eingerichtet. Für kleine Kinder steht selbstverständlich ein Hochstuhl bereit. In der Nähe gibt es viele Ausflugsziele wie z.B. der Europapark, Gengenbach oder auch Straßburg.
