Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods.

Lakehouse on Lake Lanier, Adventure awaits, come and enjoy our guesthouse. Sleeps 4 guests. After a long day on the lake, rinse off in our outdoor shower, then relax in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy the fire pit while relaxing on the back porch. Complementary kayak’s, peddle boat, standup paddleboard, floaties, lifejacket fishing poles and tackle. Gas BBQ grill for cooking out. No pets allowed
