Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

Quiet, private, and surrounded by nature, yet close to Austin’s dining, music, and nightlife.

Experience indoor-outdoor living at a two-acre private lake/hillside retreat. The beautiful, furnished outdoor veranda has a gorgeous view of Lake Travis, and there is lots of hiking nearby. Inside, this house is open and roomy with large windows to admire the hill country and lakeside views. There is plenty of natural sunlight for a bright and cheery atmosphere. The house can sleep up to 14 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped, open kitchen.

Feels like middle of nowhere but world class spa & great restaurants are near. Famous sunset at the Oasis on Lake Travis 7 miles away, 35 minutes from DT Austin. Noise is good....kids squealing and puppies playing. Fire pit and an owner shared hot-tub. With 2 parking spaces and 1 bath we book groups of 6 or less.

Wellness Studio -Hyperbaric Oxygen & Light Therapy

This peaceful and private large studio is perfect for a quiet retreat and boasts floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides. Watch the sunrise over the hill in the morning and the deer walk through the tree filled yard in the evenings. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Low Level Light Therapy treatments included (simple online health clearance with our medical advisor is required to participate).
