Beautiful Lake house on Lake Bob Sandlin near the Barefoot Bay marina. Quiet Culdasac. The home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a huge game room with pool table and 2 sectional sofas and sleeper sofa. There are 2 refrigerators with a full kitchen and laundry room. Home has a great screened in porch and a huge deck and a fabulous walkway down to a private boathouse and dock that provides swimming and fishing or bring your boat and stay a week. No pets and no parties, unless Cake and kids are the theme

The entire resort is also avail for large groups. 15 minutes to Mt Pleasant, Tx! about an hour north of Tyler! Park you boat at your front door!
