Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Apartment fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, located in the first floor of villa in the countryside, completely independent. The house has an independent entrace, two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a large living room with full kitchen. Large terrace with table and chairs where you can eat comfortably while enjoying a suggestive panoramic view of the surroundings. Outside a relaxing garden with swimming pool, games for children and fitness tools. Max 6 people.

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

My home will thrill you for the outdoor spaces, the light, the furnishings, the kitchen, the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. My accommodation is suitable for couples, groups of friends, families.

L'Aquila e L'Ulivo

All'Aquila e l'Ulivo, un antico casale ristrutturato del 1200, troverai non solo tutti i confort necessari per uno splendido soggiorno, ma vivrai anche l'emozione di sentirti libero e immerso nella natura incontaminata della Val D'Orcia. Qui avrai la possibilita' di passeggiare con i due falchi Ayga e Sayen e interagire con le aquile, e perchè non sorseggiare un eccellente aperitivo a bordo piscina. Ti aspettiamo nel nostro mondo, fatto di animali, relax, natura e anche un pizzico di Magia.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

I offer space with independ entrance on the first floor of the villa, only 150m from the first shops or caffe in a very quiet street, with: kitchenette, bathroom with small bathtub, huge fireplace. 12km from the thermal hot springs of Saturnia, 25km from the sea, 50km from Mount Amiata. Under request i can organise transfer and local guide. In the upper floor of the house I'm living with my family. We speak English, French, Italian, Russian. max capacity 4 people + 1 pet

Farmhouse Santa Margherita is a splendidly restored 18th century house that sits on a hilltop on the Tuscan-Umbrian border in sight of Montepulciano.The farmhouse has been recently renovated in order to offer to its guests eight vacation apartments. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings are luxurious and include wooden furniture, wrought iron beds and elegant lamps. The kitchens are well equipped so that all your culinary skills can be exercised.

A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
