The Wool House - 2023 New Build

The Wool House is a luxury studio for two adults on a working sheep farm in East Gippsland, the home of 'Forge Creek Lamb!' The studio boasts a spacious living area, a kitchen for the discerning chef, a large ensuite with floor heat & walk through shower, king bed with wool bedding, covered carport, all abilities access, jetty access & berth available and stunning water/farm views.

Relax on the deck or under the palm after a busy day at the beach or exploring all that Lakes has to offer. The perfect place to switch off, in your home away from home. We have everything you need.

THE BARN

The Barn is a charming 4 bedroom get away situated on 15 acres at the edge of beautiful Lake Tyers. Only a short drive to The Bluff surf beach, Waterwheel Beach Tavern or Lakes Entrance. Great fishing, mountain bike trails and the Buchan Caves nearby. A perfect place to escape and unwind with cows as your nearest neighbours and an abundance of native wild life. The Barn has recently been refurbished and is fully self contained with quality bedding and linen, comfortably sleeping 8 people.

Tyers Beach Retreat

Enjoy all Lake Tyers Beach has to offer at this comfortable and renovated property. A 3 minute walk until you are on the famous 90 Mile Beach and less than a minute to a picturesque lookout overlooking the beach. 700 meters from the Waterwheel Tavern with spectacular views. Enjoy fishing, boating, surfing, bushwalks, breweries & everything else the region has to offer. All whilst staying in a cozy, well loved home. Take one of two paths directly from the front gate to the beach, and only 600 meters walk to the The Lake Tyers Beach Tavern & General Store.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

Lakes Entrance waterfront cottage

Set on the beautiful Gippsland lakes, this newly renovated cottage has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable trip away. The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.

Kings View, Kings Cove, Metung

Why book a motel room when you can stay at this property for your overnighter, or longer. As evidenced by the feature photo, the house offers sweeping views of Lake King and the Boole Poole Peninsula. This panoramic view now includes the Metung Hot Springs resort, our new neighbours, positioned some 20 metres from our water view deck. The Blue House

The Blue House offers couples or solo travellers a quiet and comfortable place to stay at Lake Tyers Beach, with a continental breakfast. This renovated free standing. studio apartment is located in a picturesque garden at the back of our residence. Situated 300 metres from Surf Beach, 1 km to the Waterwheel Tavern and The General cafe.
