Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Mountain Cottage- Santa Barbara/Santa Ynez- w/Spa

Nestle into nature in a cozy cottage in the mountains between the beaches of Santa Barbara & foodie filled wine region, Santa Ynez Valley. (About 25 minutes to each) Sweet private space for 1-2 guests with a luxurious king bed, equipped kitchenette with counter seating, hot tub under the oak trees, outdoor deck for evening sips surrounded by mossy boulders and a star studded sky. Enjoy the neighborhood ocean and mountain views and explore nearby hikes!

So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.

The guest house is located in a peaceful neighborhood of one-acre lots near the town of Santa Ynez. Bike to town or take a short 5-10 minute drive to Solvang or Los Olivos.

For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.

The porch, cantilevered into the trees is a fantastic place to enjoy your morning yoga or coffee ritual, read a book, or relax with a glass of rosé. NO SMOKING ALOUD
