We serve a complementary breakfast In our common dining room. Other meals can be arranged so you can relax after a long day hiking, snowshoeing,skiing. Pet sitting available. Middlebury Private Suite, walk to campus.

A pleasant walk to Middlebury town and college from this handsome 1827 Federal home which is licensed with the state. The suite has two bedrooms with one private bathroom and it’s own entrance. Each room has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress fitted with sun dried cotton sheets. The suite has a small refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and French press. If the reservation is for 2 persons but both bedrooms are required, there is an additional $80 per night charge.

Our classic Adirondack knotty pine cabin is a great place to experience all that the Adirondacks has to offer! The cabin sits on a private lakefront tucked away in the Adirondacks just outside of Warrensburg, NY, and less than 15 minutes to Lake George Village and the region's popular attractions. Enjoy mornings on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake, take out a rowboat to relax or make your next big catch, and watch the sun set from our private beach.

Historic Farmhouse/ large bedroom with fireplace

Historic paneled suite has a double bed as well as an adjoining private study with a single bed, a desk with an office chair, and a fridge. Bedroom includes chairs, a table and fireplace, and opens to the private study and shared bath. Rooms are furnished with antiques. Lots of outside seating and gardens are always available weather permitting. We are featured yearly on a local garden tour. Breakfast is provided in our gardens or kitchen if desired.

Built in 1902 and restored in 1988, we have tried to keep true to the authenticity of a working Vermont farmhouse. Thus the name of the farm Antiquity Acres. Here you will find, a quiet place to rest, away from noise but minutes to Stowe on a beautiful dead end road with picturesque views. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.
