Within a few steps of the lake, you can enjoy swimming and kayaking or bring your own fishing poles. The surrounding area offers hiking, biking, and microbreweries. Driving distance to Burlington or Stowe.

Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. There are countless walking/running/biking/XC trails both on and adjacent to the property. The trails on the property connect to the very popular Cady Hill mountain bike network.
