Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bathroom.

The ideal home base for exploration, right in Keene, center of the High Peaks. Set back off the main strip, this space provides privacy in town. With unrivalled proximity to the mountains, dining and shops are steps away. Resting after exploration is effortless here. With a suspended loft net in a vaulted living space, natural light pours in, while a propane fireplace ensures relaxation. Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. (The sauna is available by reservation to ensure your privacy.)

The Barn at Grousewood, located 35 minutes to Burlington. If you are looking for a cozy, relaxing get away, we welcome you to our converted barn. Spin some vinyl, read or play games. Centrally located for day trips to breweries, hikes and restaurants. We have hiking trails for snowshoeing and exploring our woods full of wildlife. Deer, bear, bobcat, owls, porcupine, wild turkey, grouse and more. Enjoy a fire outside or relax in front of the hearth. WiFi for traveling workers & dog friendly.

Caribou Cottage Ski/Snowboard Studio

Take off your ski or snowboard boots and hang up your gear to dry in the convenient mudroom, then walk into the bright and airy studio where there is ample seating. You can dine in or go out, we do have a kitchenette that includes microwave, small fridge and mini toaster oven, we do not have a full size oven. In the evening retreat upstairs to a spacious sleeping area that overlooks the entire studio. We live full time on site in the main house, the garage/barn separates us from the cottage.

Completely renovated in 2024! Located at the end of a quarter mile driveway on a 60 acre oasis in the heart of Shelburne, The Barn is a ready for your next visit. The Barn has a private trail network, a swimming pond, views of the Adirondacks & Green Mtns and is 100% powered by solar energy. The Barn has a completely renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, brand new queen & king mattresses, and a pull out couch (perfect for kids) We live next door & look forward to hosting you!

This newly built modern rustic mother-in-law private cottage offers a convenient place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
