Large futon on the porch sleeps two. Full kitchen. Composting toilet and outhouse (no flush toilet). Indoor tiny shower, plus an outdoor shower + washer/dryer. Close to Elizabethtown, Essex. Pet friendly; 32 acres of woodland with trails that take you to ledges with views of Coon Mt. Easy access from I-87, the Adirondack Northway.

The camper RV is very comfortable it has comfy chairs , cable a pond on site and some walking trails and it will be wonderful for hosting all your plans to wherever you decide to go be it driving over smugglers notch , going to Smugglers notch distillery , doing a sample at Boyden Valley winery. There is a newly reworked rail trail close by for the bikers. It is close to so much fall sight seeing events. come home to a fire place.

Close to Burlington (15 min), Stowe (40 min), Montpelier (30 min), airport (10 min). Come enjoy the active & ever-changing view of spectacular landscaping, gardens, with plenty of peace & quiet. 33-ft Camper is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families (w/ 1 sm child) who want privacy, a kitchen, & comfort . We cannot accommodate pets of any kind.

Great hiking is close by in the Green Mountain National Forest and there is lots to explore in neighboring Manchester and Dorset. Come enjoy a quiet rural retreat in Benson, Vermont on a working market garden.Sweeping hills and distant mountains line the view, with the Green Mountains to the East and the Adirondacks to the west. This small farm is located on the lower Champlain Valley. We have designed an easy access rural RV space the allows privacy within a larger farmstead. Enjoy the many swimming holes, hiking trails, historical landmarks, and quaint Vermont towns in the area.

Even closer to Lake Champlain. Hop, skip and a jump to Stowe.
