The space is attached to the host's year-round home, but has its own private entrance and parking. Enjoy a fire on the attached private porch, or head across the street for a local favorite hike. Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

After a great day of riding, hiking or skiing the many great trails of the San Juan's, come home to a soak in a early 1900's era cast iron tub or a hot shower in the newly remodeled bathroom. The front deck offers a great view of the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee or you can grill and relax for dinner on the new deck. There are so many things to do in Silverton. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

Riverfront Rustic Cabin (Max:4) - Pets & Spa

Enjoy our heated, inviting, pet-friendly cabins, which offer access to the salt-water spa, firepit, and grill, all within walking distance to downtown Ouray. Please note: Cabins do not have running water or private bathrooms. Drinking water is available in our heated restroom and shower facilities, located just a short walk from the cabins and maintained regularly throughout the day. Pets are permitted with prior approval, as well as an additional deposit and nightly fees.

Mountain Retreat

Nestled against the majestic San Juan Mountains, this beautiful retreat within walking distance to the heart of Ouray provides an escape with the convenience of access, yet the comfort of solitude. The main level of the 2 story townhouse has a living room with gas fireplace, TV, WiFi, dining room, kitchen, a half bath and a laundry room. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one full bath. This is for the south unit, not the unit above the garage which has long term residents.

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

Cozy Cottage in Downtown Creede. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery store and shopping. One bedroom with queen sized bed. Kitchen stocked with basics, full bathroom with shower, living area and laundry room. Includes fenced backyard, patio and small bbq grill. WiFi available. Dog friendly (please indicate if you are bringing a pet when making a reservation request). Front entrance access requires use of 3 metal stairs with rail.

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th

San Juan Chalet Cabin in Ouray ideal location! AC!

The cabin has Air conditioner Hulu TV, High Speed fiber WIFI, king bed, (new mattress may 2020!) and a queen sofa sleeper in the den. Also a full kitchen. Everyone loves the privacy of the cabin and being close to everything in Ouray! If you need anything else just ask we have an onsite caretaker that can help answer questions or get you whatever you might need for your stay.
